These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Carcará website (the "Site"), operated by Eleva ("Carcará", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site
The Site is an informational website that presents Carcará’s work on native mobile applications built with Kotlin Multiplatform, publishes blog articles, and links to our open-source libraries. It does not offer user accounts, subscriptions, or paid services.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt or compromise the Site, access it through automated means that place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure, or use it to infringe the rights of others.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the content published on the Site — including text, articles, design, and graphics — belongs to Carcará or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may read and share links to our content, but you may not reproduce or redistribute it as your own without permission.
The "Carcará" name and logo may not be used without our prior written consent.
Open-source libraries
Our open-source libraries are hosted on external platforms (such as GitHub) and are governed by the license terms that accompany each project. Those licenses — not these Terms — determine how you may use the code.
Links to third parties
The Site links to third-party websites and services (for example, GitHub). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Accessing them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
No warranty
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Technical content, including articles and code samples, is provided for informational purposes only and may contain errors or become outdated. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carcará and Eleva will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any content on it.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
